(2) A communication and collaboration app built for teams and enterprises; and
(3) A paper-free, digital meal voucher app that serves as a substitute for tangible meal vouchers by crediting the amount directly to one’s personal e-wallet.
How has this relationship evolved?
We were initially engaged to assist the Client in making a representation to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) as regards its international and domestic calling app.
Since then, we have been engaged to assist various group companies of the Client on some of their most critical customer contracts. We have helped the Client structure strategic partnerships with vendors and partners.
We have also provided the Client with strategic dispute resolution advice.
We work closely with the CEO of the Client, CTOs of individual companies within the Group, and senior HR managers of individual companies within the Group.
