GameChanger Law Advisors were the official ‘Impact Partner’ for the AVPN India Summit- 2019 and conducted a panel discussion on the ‘Regulatory Framework for Social Enterprises’. The panel was moderated by Aditya Shamlal and also consisted of Amrut Joshi, Dr. Milind Anthani and Anjani Kumar Sharma.
The panel debated on several hot button social issues impacting the social enterprise space in India such as social impact bonds, development impact bonds, social stock exchanges, amendments to India’s CSR law and, measurement and monitoring of social impact.
