Amrut Joshi conducted a webinar for the benefit of startups and entrepreneurs who are members of CII-Northern Region. Namrata Bhagwatula rendered valuable assistance by creating the slides that were utilized during the webinar
The topic for the webinar was “Company Law Hygiene for Startups”. Some of the main issues that were touched upon during the webinar were:
(a) How to conduct board meetings;
(b) How to grant ESOPs to initial employees of a startup; and
(c) How to structure related party transactions in a legally compliant manner.
