Shwetha Chandrashekar and Mahit Anand conducted a workshop titled “E-Commerce Legal Basics for Startups”, for the benefit of startups operating at iKeva in Chennai, in collaboration with 50K Network.
The key issues addressed during this workshop, included:
(a) How to structure Terms of Use and Privacy Policies for websites?;
(b) What are the basic legal terms contained in a Payment Gateway Service Provider Agreement?; and
(c) What are the key legal issues involved in the development and usage of Social Media platforms.
