Aditya Shamlal conducted a workshop titled “Secure Your Startup”, for the benefit of members of Startup Tunnel, an early stage accelerator for startups applying emerging technologies to create an impact, based in New Delhi.
Some of the main issues addressed during the workshop were:
(a) Choosing the appropriate legal structure for a startup;
(b) How to structure different kinds of commercial agreements; and
(c) Understanding term sheets and investment agreements.
