Unconvention Speaker Series Bangalore- “Demystifying Term Sheets”

August 25, 2016: Amrut Joshi was a Speaker at the Unconvention Speaker Series-Bangalore, a platform which nurtures social enterprises all over India. The topic for the event was “Demystifying Term Sheets”.

Some of the main issues that were touched upon during the session were:

(a) The importance of a fairly negotiated Term Sheet for an Entrepreneur;
(b) What are negotiable and “non-negotiable” terms from an Investor and an Entrepreneur standpoint; and
(c) How to reduce negotiation time during a term sheet stage, without compromising an Entrepreneur’s interests.
