IBC Series #2: Powers of the Committee of Creditors

Continuing with our series of Statutory Gyan Posts on the IBC, we explain the concept of “Committee of Creditors” in this post. We also explain what are the powers of the CoC and also discuss the impact of the 2018 amendment act on the manner in which the CoC functions.
