Mahit Anand is a Senior Associate at the Bengaluru office of GLA He is a homegrown asset of the Firm, having initially interned with the Firm, before joining as an Associate in 2014.

Over the last 6 years, he has acquired significant experience in servicing the Clients of the Firm on corporate, commercial, employment and technology laws. Some of his prominent clients include a charitable trust that promotes excellence in journalism, a fast-growing cloud services company, and an online digital media platform focused on positive stories.

He has a deep professional and academic interest in Employment Law and Sports Law. He has led the Firm’s teams on several Employment Audit exercises, and advised several clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues. He has also represented marquee Indian football clubs in structuring their player contracts, coaching agreements and support staff agreements, apart from working with Sponsors to structure event sponsorship agreements.

Mahit graduated from the School of Law, Christ University in 2014.
