Wilfred Synrem is a 2nd year Associate GLA. Wilfred interned with GLA on multiple occasions and joined us after graduating from Gujarat National Law University in July 2021.

Wilfred is developing into a well-rounded lawyer who is equally capable in handling corporate, commercial as well as transactional advisory services. Wilfred has advised some of the Firm’s marquee clients, including India’s only contactless health monitoring company, an emerging manufacturer of rapid charging batteries in the electric vehicles industry, and a leading non-profit health organization focused on public health outcomes.

Wilfred has also been part of the GLA Team that assisted an early stage venture capital fund in structuring its investments in a telemedicine startup and a B2B SAAS incident management platform.

Beyond corporate and commercial matters, Wilfred has a deep interest in working with clients in the sports industry and writing on legal issues in sport. Wilfred is working actively with a sports tech venture and a sports tourism and hospitality company and advising them on all their contractual and legal requirements. He has also published sports law articles on reputable platforms like Football Legal and LawInSport.
