The Ministry of Corporate Affairs on February 21, 2019, issued a new notification introducing a e-Form ACTIVE (INC-22A), a new form to be filed by companies. This new form has to be filed by companies to ensure that they are “ACTIVE Compliant”. In this #statutorygyan, we explain the new e-Form ACTIVE and the important documents to be filed along with it.
