1. Background

The GameChanger Law Advisors website ( (“Website”) is owned and operated by GameChanger Law Advisors (“GLA”), a proprietary law firm, comprising of Advocates registered under the Advocates Act, 1961 and having its offices at (a) 304, Huligadri Renaissance Landmark, 10th Main, 17th Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore-560 055; and (b) B-369, New Friends Colony, New Delhi-110 025.

1.2. Any such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting to the Website and Your continued use of the Website constitutes Your agreement to such modifications. You agree to periodically review the current version of the Privacy Policy as posted on the Website

2. How the collected information will be used
2.1. Personally Identifiable Information: The Website is designed so that You may generally browse it without providing any Personally Identifiable Information (defined below). Certain areas of the Website, however, may require or allow the voluntarily submission of Personally Identifiable Information (for example, registration to receive GLA publications). GLA uses Your Personally Identifiable Information for the purposes for which it was submitted by You to GLA and for GLA to send You publications and invitations that may be of interest to You. Except as otherwise set forth in this Section 2, GLA does not share Your Personally Identifiable Information with third parties.

2.2. “Personally Identifiable Information” means information that would allow someone to identify or contact You, such as Your name, physical or electronic mail address, and telephone number; provided, however, that Personally Identifiable Information does not include aggregated information that, by itself, does not permit the identification of individual persons and does not include the Activity Information (defined below).

GLA will use reasonable efforts to remove Your Personally Identifiable Information from our then current Website at any time upon Your written request to the Grievance Officer named in Clause 9 below. Such removal of Personally Identifiable Information will not ensure the permanent removal of such Personally Identifiable Information from the Website. For example, such Personally Identifiable Information may remain in GLA’s archival or backup copies of the Website.

6.1. We have implemented industry standard security policies, rules and technical measures, to protect any kind of personal sensitive information that we have under our control from unauthorized access. You should know, however, that GLA cannot fully eliminate such risks.

7.1. If the user wishes to unsubscribe from receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us, after setting up an account, they may choose to do so by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link made available through the e-mail.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles. The courts in Bangalore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising in relation to, or under, these Terms of Use. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India and agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts.
