Amrut Joshi was invited to conduct a workshop on ‘Understanding Investor Term Sheets’ for biotech entrepreneurs, organized by the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms, an incubator that is promoted by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. The workshop was held on May 23, 2018. The topics covered during the workshop include:
(i) Fundraising-the whys and hows;
(ii) Demystifying a term sheet and investment documents;
(iii) Arriving at a win-win term sheet- negotiating a fair deal.
