GameChanger Law Advisors acts on Speciale Invest investment in GalaxEye Space

GameChanger Law Advisors represented Speciale Invest on their investment in GalaxEye Space, who is building a constellation of synchronized multi-sensor satellites to provide sensor fused images and rich data sets for the global geo-spatial markets. GalaxEye has raised $6.50 million as part of its Series A funding round. This round was co-led by Speciale Invest and Mela Ventures.

GameChanger Law Advisors served as Speciale Invest’s legal counsel for the transaction. We have represented Speciale Invest on all their funding rounds in GalaxEye since its inception in 2021.
