Thrive. Learn. Grow.
These are our guiding principles at GLA. Our endeavour is to create a culture that allows our attorneys to thrive both professionally and personally. We believe that this is best achieved by training our attorneys to adopt a client-centric approach from day one, empowering them early, committing to excellence, and celebrating when we achieve it. Read more about our story.
While we currently focus on certain practice areas and industries, our approach is to always look ahead into the future and to gauge potential areas of growth so that we can be better partners for our clients. We believe that young, energetic, forward-thinking attorneys are best placed to help us explore and diversify into these new practice areas and industries.
We also believe in the power of writing – our attorneys author pieces regularly. This is our way of exploring new and interesting areas of law and in honing our knowledge and skill in various practice areas and industries.
We’re always respectful of our colleagues and their need for time for activities away from work. We believe that this is conducive, not just for their personal wellness, but also for their ability to perform at work.
