Saket Rachakonda is a Senior Associate and has over 5 years of post-qualification experience.

Some key highlights during the last year has been Saket’s close involvement in helping a remote patient monitoring solutions provider on multiple rounds of funding, a mental health startup on its pre-seed fundraise and a peer-to-peer (P2P) rural commerce startup on multiple fundraise transactions.

Simultaneously, Saket is developing the technical expertise required to enable GLA’s push into new frontiers such as Blockchain Gaming and Electric Mobility. He also keenly tracks the latest trends in corporate governance across boardrooms in India.

Previously, Saket was an Associate at Khaitan & Co., where he advised clients on various capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issues, and qualified institutions placements.

Saket graduated from Jindal Global Law School, Sonepat in 2018.
